Quick-closing valves are suitable for shipboard pipelines carrying fresh water, fuel oil, lubricating oil, diesel oil, and other fluids. In emergency situations, these valves can be rapidly closed either manually or via pneumatic actuation. The quick-closing valve is designed for use in conjunction with a dedicated control box, enabling centralized remote control of the valve.

Installation Instructions
1. During installation of the quick-closing valve, the process fluid must enter from a direction above the valve disc.
2. Quick-closing valves must be installed vertically, with the handwheel always positioned at the top.
Operating Instructions
Initial state: The quick-closing valve is normally in the open position.
Closing operation: The quick-closing valve is closed by pulling the handle upward or by injecting compressed air into the cylinder.
Reset: Turn the handwheel clockwise all the way until the cylinder pin is below the nut.
Preloading: Turn the handwheel counterclockwise all the way; the quick-closing valve will then be in the open position, completing the preloading process.
