The quick-closing valve control box is used in ship piping systems and is paired with pneumatic quick-closing valves to enable remote, rapid closure of the valves via compressed air in emergency situations.
1. Control boxes can be classified as either integral or split-type, depending on the placement of the air cylinder.
2. The control cabinets for quick-closing valves can be installed in wall-mounted, upright, or flush-mounted configurations, and can also be custom-designed according to customer requirements.
3. The quick-closing valve control cabinet comprises a cabinet body, an air receiver, a pressure gauge, a pressure switch, a safety valve, an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a relief valve, a three-way ball valve, and other components.
